Remo: just wanted to share some of my thoughts with you. As you know, my father passed away in April of 2013and, of course,I didn't know what to do what with my father's house. I asked a colleague at a prominent law firm to give me the name of real estate agent who I could trust and who would look out for me. You turned out to be all of those things. You were extremely patient with me as I dealt with the grief of my father's death and the overwhelming logistics of selling a house. In late October, I told you that I was completely overwhelmed at work and with the holidays coming, I simply could not deal with the house during November and December and you totally understood. You called promptly on January 3rd, we met and we never looked back. From that meeting on, you did not let me off the hook, you provided me the road map of how you were going to sell this house and you came through with flying colors. You are the consummate professional, and you totally know this world inside and out. These months were a blur, but the bottom line was that one day before the house was officially put on the market, the house already had a buyer for it, ABOVE the asking price. It was that fast. No need for Open Houses or ads in the newspaper or other listings, because the house was virtually already sold. I have never seen anything like it in all my life. It seemed like a miracle, but in reality, it was the hard work and devotion of someone at th top of their game, who knows how the sale of real estate really works. Obviously, the months of pre-planning paid off with a willing and eager buyer. Thank you for everything, Remo.
